Well done for standing up to them, but shouldn't there be some onus on the bus company to protect it's passengers? How often do you see the driver radio for police assistance or eject people from the bus? It doesn't happen because while they are nice and safe behind their protective screens, nobody else matters.

...and they wonder why people prefer to travel by car.
