At what point does intervention and self defence become clear in law. we've all heard stories about people being arrested for defending themselves what about when defending others. The law is just not protective enough of the decent people. I'm not making excuses, I wouldn't have stood by and let someone get a kicking but how (in law) do I justify intervening physically
