Whinge, moan, grumble, big deal, a bit of colour to take peoples minds away from the miserable humdrum of everyday life. So what if it costs a bit of money, lets face it, most councils fritter away money on things far less inclusive and worthwhile than this. Instead of grumbling about insignificant matters, why not step up to the plate and become a councillor and really make the changes that you so obviously think are needed..
