When in Rome...... Fantastic and very well compared!!! I'm guessing that Karney's coffers will be bursting with the parking fines issued. Not surprised he says that he doesn't expect each year to out perform the previous, if he did something pro-active for the event (if not for the city centre as a whole) such as returning free on street parking then the numbers would grow yearly.
