modric is a top, top player but if chelsea offered 40 mil last yr for him and it was turned down then i cant see us getting him for 25! i personally think we should be looking at ben arfa from newcastle. He's only 26, he's got bags and bags of skill and we'd get him for a lot less than we would modric.
