A simple check on Google will prove you wrong. The Swastika is banned in Germany if it is used for the purposes of Nazism. As a theological symbol which pre-dates the 1930s by millennia, it is NOT banned in Germany. Trying to obscure history by banning anything to do with it is infantile and ridiculous. It stops future generations from learning from their mistakes.
