I disagree, the situation was handled well. Only 13 flights were delayed. Airlines were kept informed and they're going to be looking at how to prevent it happening in the future.

It only occurred because of a combination of a busy bank holiday weekend in conjunction with a problem with the fuel supply. It's not like it happens every day. I wish the trains were that reliable!
