Yet another ill-informed post. I have studied twentieth century history for over two decades now, and am constantly reminded of the horror of the atrocities committed by men in the name of their country. Re-enactments are a very visual way of bringing history to life and reminding people that we should never forget the awful times of Nazi Germany. When we forget, we allow it to repeat itself; such as the atrocities in the 90s in the former Yugoslavia.
When we start to selectively hide history lest it offend someone, we stop teaching the lessons learned from history. When the lessons stop being taught, it repeats itself.
You also seem to forget that the Swastika is a theological symbol which dates back over 12,000 years and had been popularly used in Western civilisation long before it was seized by the Nazis.
So shelve the fake outrage and try research in future.
