I suspect that of the £1.2billion find that a small amount of work will be completed and the rest of the money will line the pockets of the 1000's of useless consultants that will be engaged.

I also seem to remember Roger "CON-CHARGE" Jones saying that there was no "PLAN B" yet this seems to be indicating that there was?
