How will most of the money be put into pockets of Brian Souter/Stagecoach? By far the biggest beneficiary is the Rail (heavy and light) industry, which in GM are in competition with Stagecoach. A lot of the rest goes into trunk roads/by-passes which benefit motorists. And as the M60 has proved, more trunk roads means more congestion and misery for suburban bus users.
