Whereas I applaud your efforts in trying to improve public transport I think your campaign would carry more weight if you, on behalf of the readership, not just share the results of the survey with Network Rail and TfGM but also actually demand a reponse from these bodies on each and every point raised and for these responses to be published.

Only in this way can we be certain that any comments we make do not end up in someone's paper bin.
