It seems the royalists are so sensitive that when anyone questions them or the need for a royal family they resort to insults. I can suggest many Republican democracies that have and are doing well. The country I live in, France is doing very well thanks. Germany, The USA, need I go on? I am a foreigner living in France but I am pleased with the start that Republic has made with it's new president. All bosses of public sector companies are being forced by law to take a 40 to 60 % pay cut so that they cannot earn more than 15 the lowest paid worker.
