How do you know he hasn't? I doubt ANYONE is going to broadcast just what security they have. In any case it doesn't stop armed robberies in banks so what chance does a home owner have? Think about it, it's not rocket science and these thugs know damn well they have the time to perpetrate the crime and get away. I tend to agree with the guy as he's a soft and well known target now and needs to move to somewhere where the thieves can be spotted after they have left the premises. Burnage (and any other built up area for that matter) is far too easy to disappear into quickly and there is only just so much you can do with electronic security.
