Chrissy - you seem to be suggesting that the police have taken officers away from investigating crimes purely so they can prepare these maps instead. Is that the case? Or have you made a totally unjustified criticism based on a false assumption? It's a good job that it isn't a crime to be stupid. There wouldn't be room on the map over your house!
