Well to be fair P.Manning the owners of the Etihad Stadium from Abu Dhabi have invested a lot of money in that area as well as the Council. So thats why Beswick has had such a dramatic change. And from what I hear over the next few years it's going to amazing. To think that 10-15 years ago what it was like round there! Nobody could of predicted the change it's had!!
