Not that I am inferring that a mobile phone had any connection with this accident, but talking on a mobile phone whist driving is compulsory isn’t it?
It must be, I see people doing it EVERY time I use my car, I’m afraid of being in trouble for not using mine whist driving.
Some countries ‘suspend’ driving licences at the time and point of the offence. now that is an inconvenience, having your licence suspended for a month, instead of a few quid in fines. Imagine having to use public transport for a month!!!!
As previously said, one dead, thousands delayed, £thousands lost, and a minor inconvenience to the person who caused this accident.
