Good point Rammylad but at least John Bishop is British & has done some worthy charity work for this country unlike Will-i-am, who carried the torch last week. Do you think America would invite a British singer to carry the torch if the games were in USA? All the torch bearers should be British & should have done some commendable act or voluntary work for this country. These Olympic games do not really support Britain as most of the sponsors are foreign companies; the infrastructure contracts are primarily involving foreign companies & some of the British made production resources have now been replaced by overseas manufacturers. So we, the tax paying public, are creating wealth for foreign companies when the UK desperately needs to promote its own industry.
