Liebour undertook a huge rebuilding of schools during their year in power, why is it that just 2 years of ConDem rule means that this massive investment has been negligently spent on buildings which have not stood for even a couple of decades! Were the projections of demographics all wrong? why were the schools built without any extra capacity?

Then there's the ridiculous 'building schools for the future' which Liebour set up knowing it could never be funded, if they had been elected they knew that they would have had to cancel it owing the fact '"there's no money left"! It's now a bit rich to hear from a liebour apparachik that the ConDems have done what Liebour would have. Of course they promised the earth to local authorities in the run up to the general election knowing that they were unlikely to remain in power.

I believe there's a word begining with H to describe those actions.
