I am sure this school is necessary as. the area has changed beyond recognition having been born and bred in the area ,basically this school will provide a school mainly composed of immigrants ,which in my view will harden the ghetto mentality these communities feel safe in and do nothing to promote a more wholesome society.Do the wise men at the council really know what they are doing.
