Yes I can see your point(s), but I'm talking about teenage girls and young women who have no intention of working, they just want the benefits that come with having a child. You will find most of this 'type' shopping in Primark, with the latest state of the art mobile phones attached to their ears. I work full time and can't treat myself to a new phone, so how can they manage to do it? Why is there not a system where working people/couples are rewarded for NOT having children instead of the incentive to just keep reproducing offspring? As for pensions, I've contributed since the 80's, and it still probably won't be enough.
