It will not 'harm health', and yet the Health Protection Agency comments to Trafford Planning Committee did point out that Peel's own assessment predicted an increase in the mortality rate in the area. It might of only been a small percentage but any increase is not acceptable. We should be moving towards improving people's health not causing ill-health and early mortality.
