I completely sympathise with any parent who hasn't got the scool place they wanted - but the adissions policies are clear. Unfortunately for Steve and Flynn Manchester doesn't seem to have catchment areas any more. Children are prioritised solely on distance and so when schools aren't evenly spaced those children living a mile away from all off them will miss outin every case. I don't agree with prioritising children who attend the nursery as this would discrminate against the children of parents who works hours not condusive to using school nursery provision
