When the EU expanded, as did the population of the EU. As members of any one EU state are allowed to live in any other EU state, many Eastern European people chose to relocate here. Thus the UK population has increased. Some of those (now long settled) arrivals, and others, have opted to have children & because the people in charge (whoever & whichever party they may be) haven't properly planned for an increased birth rate there is a shortage of Primary School places.
So there you go. The spelling & grammar is (just about) correct, the facts are correct & I haven't offered an opinion on EU immigration one way or the other. So the troll goes unfed.
