Stephen - you must be one of a very rare breed! Do you walk round with your ears & eyes closed most of the time? The majority of people who comment do so because of their experience of TGH or because they know someone who has suffered a bad experience. Just because you haven't any complaint doesn't mean it's a good hospital. I personally have not had any bad service at TGH but know a LOT of people who have.
