Never a true statement proper sentence! You could be bleeding to death at reception and the reception staff will still chat to each other or be on there phone (facebook)!!! And the nurse (sister) who treats A&E as her family meet up when her husband is never away! Its not a social club. Soooo unprofessional. I know as i take my father to A&E on a regular basis but some staff are rude.
