The reason Christine Green has not been sacked should in itself raise huge questions as to just what has to happen at this Hospital for her to go. Is it the powers to be are as bad or worse then Ms Green.From experience and listening to others there simply is no structure at the place nor any consistency in anything from cleaning to after care of patients. Doctors nurses and admin staff breathe a mixture of arrogance and contempt while others go out of their way to deliver a service which at the end of the day is a national requirement.A & E have had the same staff for years, one lives spending her working day chatting on the phone to family and friends while ill people queue because of her ignorance and slowness at booking patients in. Doctors hardly able to speak English, again does not fill the patient with confidence.
