I've also heard the rumour he's off to Chelsea. Can't for the life of me understand why though, he'd be better off at City if you asked me. He wants to play more centrally yet Mata has that roll at Chelsea, they haven't got a manager, yes they won the European Cup but most would say that flattered them, extremely, after finishing 6th in the League. He's best bet would be coming to United but personally he sounds like a toe rag so I'm not sure I'd want him, although his talent and potential are there for all to see.
