Mick that's a bit OTT. I'm not saying what she did or didn't do was good but from what the article says, she wasn't looking after herself either. How do you know she didn't lose weight during this time? You don't know when the picture was taken, how she was before and how she was after.

I actually think the sentence was quite harsh, given the circumstances! You've got to learn to separate the emotional attachment to the animals from the circumstances of the case!
