One question for you, are you on drugs? No doubt Hazard is a good player. I've watched Lille a few times this season and he played very well, not 35m well but he played well none the less. Nani is the best player at United and you want to sell him, lets not delude ourselves and say Rooney is because he isn't.
All this talk about Nani being lazy is total nonsense. If you watch him, he always tracks back. He may not make many tackles but he gets back and supports his defender.
Just to put my view on where they would play, he would have kagawa in a midfield two with Carrick, Fletcher or Anderson (not with Cleverly as they are the same player). He would play Hazard behind Rooney and then play Nani, Valencia or Young in the two wing positions. That would most probably be the formation in Europe if they both signed. In the premier league its another case.
