Do you have shares in Metrolink or something? It's an appalling service and people on here have every right to complain. Barely a day goes past without yet another failure and nothing seems to be being done about it nor anyone held accountable. We've had every rubbish excuse under the sun yet not once has anyone from Metrolink come on here, at the very least to apologise and more importantly let us know what's being done to improve things. It seems the more fares go up the worse the service gets.
