Master of Nothing - not quite true; All the expensive infrastructure eg Metrolink, Northern Hub etc will go ahead, but the Bus improvements (which would have been self-financing under the 1985, 2000 & 2008 Transport Acts) will not go ahead. That's what happens when the boroughs with the lowest car ownership (eg. Tameside and Salford) vote with the biggest majority No vote!
