In my opinion,the very worst kind of anti social behaviour is the kind you cant walk away from. Its the kind that is perpetrated by your neighbours and we are coming into the season for it. The wide open windows,the loud blaring music,the smell of pot drifting over your dolehopping neighbours fence in your direction,the late night drunken parties,the wailing kids,the rows,the lantern jawed foul mouthed youths driving round in cars with music blaring.
