So this was a new phenomena 16-24 year old 1 million since the new government came to power oh right explains a lot. As for the young couple my advise is go back to college and finish of the course. If you're being supported in this route then stick with it. As for the laughable endless wait for the tram service to get you to this oasis of possible jobs you best get a bike or a bus. As for Rochdale quite a lot of big distribution firms still employ locally in respect to Stakehill Heywood Birch. So unless local employment jobs centres are sitting on the hands when not offering these route, then the we have a major problem. As for Trafford Park the great behemoth of employment this should be struggling to find workers by all reports of MEN Jobs page. We also have countless employment agencies readily advertising too for warehousing and other careers on minimum wages. So come the crux of the issue. Either employers are unwilling to advertise through Job centres and not working through them. Or employment agencies have cornered the market so well that companies like distribution networks ignore or fear the principle route of job seekers. I have not even mention Blair/Brown regime imposed immigration to the equation or major distribution companies site closures since 2008.
