I found it impossible to vote in this poll, as I admit to not knowing what an "Elected Mayor's" powers or responsibilities are. I think that that is the main reason why Manchester voted to NOT have an election for a Mayor, we simply haven't been told enough information. This has been more political short-comings in our flawed system.
