So to say "I don't get it in the private sector, so why should you in the public sector" is unfair. t' like hiring a buildre for, say, £1,000. Then, when he's done the work, saying "But I don't get £1,000. So why should you?" Because he did the job asked of him under the agreed conditions.... That's why. If you can't see that?
