This figure of 21 farms a day is rising, yes? So, clearly the public aren't reporting these farms. Clearly, it's the public smoking the stuff! And yet society still refuses to fall apart in a big paranoid heap.

Let's address the gigantic elephant in the room here: the overwhelming majority of adult users will enjoy cannabis as their drug of choice all their life with absolutely no unspecific "mental health problems" in the same way that the overwhelming majority of drinkers will drink without becoming hopeless alcoholics.

It was time long ago to stop wasting money on this stupid "war" and start acting like the grown ups we're supposed to be. Cannabis is a public health issue and nothing more.
