We will raise quite a lot of money just off-loading the ones that are out on loan or just not good enough! Ade is definitely a gonner and is the priciest player but we will save money on wages simply by culling some of the other loanees who are not worth so much like Weiss, Michael Johnson, RSC, Wayne Bridge, Dedrick Boyata and various others may as well be sold because it is becoming clear that they are not going to get anywhere near the first team. Players with potential like Razak and Guidetti should be kept and put in the squad. I suspect Kolarov and Dzeko will want to leave which means we need to replace both of them with players who are preferably better which also means more expensive. Savic will almost certainly be off-loaded because he may look comfortable for ten minutes or so but he is always a disaster waiting to happen and we simply can't afford to play someone who could concede a goal at any time during a game, which he has done unerringly almost every time he has played. AJ would be great if he would do some work but he is a lazy so and so who seems to think he deserves a place in the team as of right. That is far from the case and whilst he can be brilliant, for my money, especially when he starts, he is mediochre. Slightly better than Nicky Summerbee but nowhere near as good as his dad! This doesn't actually free up many places in a 25 man squad but does get rid of the remaining dead wood from the Hughes era and frees up a huge amount of wages per week which means we can buy in three or four top quality additions. Then Mancini can truly say he has got the squad he wants (although he will clearly have to make a decision over Balotelli and we await with baited breath any news on whether or not Tevez will be true to his latest words). We will also have one or two clubs out to unsettle some of our stars like Nigel de Jong who is wanted in Germany and Aguerro who is top of Real Madrid's shopping list but says he is happy here. We don't want wholesale changes up front. It will take half a season to get everyone used to the PL. Just a bit of tinkering is required to build positively because I firmly believe that with the right outgoings and incomings, if we don't win the league this season it is nailed on next time out!
