Unfortunarely we didnt see value in the market for a world class striker like Aguerro so we didnt bid on him! Rooney/Aguerro or Rooney/Hernandez/Wellbeck? We have conceded the most goals ever in the prem this year, 13 vs City, Everton & Blackburn alone! Its amazing we could still win the title with a bad defence & a geriatric midfield. I hope we see value in the market next summer & buy world class players for 25mill+ not the 10-15mill we spend now & hope they will be good. Jones was awfull on Monday night! Hernandez has not been good this season. Hopefully he will be. If we have the same players next year 5th place would be good. I cannot believe we have let this team detoriate so badly. If we don't get the players we need we will be another Liverpool miles off in the prem hoping for an FA cup win. Had that in the 70's & 80's don't want to see that again!
