So that also means that anybody can park in a disabled space at the hospital (and most supermarkets) and no-one can do anything about it? As some selfish drivers do already. I think most people would agree that disabled drivers need bigger and more accessible spaces it just the not having to pay that upsets most of us. If you can’t afford to pay is because you are poor not because of your disability. I personally would make disabled drivers pay in all car parks (with reductions if they can’t use public transport and have to go to work by car)
