Another rip off.! What if someone has to rush to the hospital in an emergency? The last thing on their mind will be making sure they have money to park!

The only hospitals that should be allowed to charge for parking are those in a town or city, where the parking could be abused by shoppers or workers. However, anyone with a valid appointment card or other proof of attending the hospital should be refunded.
