I am a firm believer of "the right man for the job"When Carlos Qeiroz left United why on earth did United actively not go about trying to replace him with the equivalent or better? Instead we plumped in our wisdom on Phelan(I swear he was ASLEEP at one point.last night) We need at the very least a person who gives some input DURING the match.He seems completely passionless to me,just like he played..The only time I have seen him in the coaching area was when Fergie had a touchline ban!!! You cannot keep cost cutting United and expect the same fabulous results we have had in the last twenty years! We need to spend on the right backroom staff as well as on a massive rebuild programme.Fellow Reds do not be misled by the genius of Fergie in getting United to where we are in the league,any other manager mid table job.We now need some very high class players like ,Martinez,Hazard,Guitan,Sissoko,Lucas Moursa De Marcos If we don't buy this kind of quality,we will be sunk without trace without Fergie.Not over yet,but we now need Fergie's genius,no Park ,No Giggsy (from the beginning anyway) no bigger fan than me of Giggs,but EVERYTHING has a shelf date,(impact last 15 minutes excellent).Eric steele to be instructed when coaching our excellent prospect De Gea,ANYTHING in the six yard box is YOURS.Not looking brilliant,but we are United and as we all know we NEVER give up until it is physically impossible.We promise Newcastle we will never sing "cheer up" song if you beat or draw with City!!.But can we win both our remaining 2 games? past years no probs,hmm.give them the benefit of the doubt,but with much better choice of players,C'mon you REDS.
