Sir Alex is right, there weren't many goal chances---at the City end!!!! He is also correct again, they have to win two matches----and so do we!!!!! Any bets on us doing that????? To have played Park last night was tactically naive and unforgiveable. Can anybody tell me how Park is better than Valencia in midfiled? Valencia would have been better because of his tackling and body strength. Park wwas like a headless chicken, bouncing off Toure and falliung over every time he stretched for the ball. We should have had Valencia or Jones in midfield with the other one playing at right back, a position Valencia has played with great credit when we had lost our full back. In almost every position Citeh were faster, stronger and more accomplished on the ball and we were battered. They could have had 5 or 6. We need to seriously rebuild for next season or we will really slip behind. Yes I know we were 8 points clear, and yes I know we threw points away at Wigan and the 4 all draw against Everton, but Citeh looked massively better in all aspects of the game and that is very worrying for the future. They will get stronger but I am not sure we will unless we have a big injection of real talent. I am praying for the bar codes to do something to help ( another team who battered us on their midden) and also praying that we can beat Swansea and Sunderland. It's never over till the rotund lady sings but we have to be realistic and say we simply are not good enough with this squad.
