I don't think anyone is saying Llorente hasn't got the talent. Plainly he has. But none of the big Spanish clubs have been in for him, because he hasn't hit the heights game in game out. Not only that, but he's not the age of player City are looking to sign. The policy is to go for under 25s wherever possible.
