Villa - now mid-table at best Blackburn - nowhere since single win in 1995 Arsenal - trophyless for six/seven years and not won the title for a decade. Liverpool - a laughing stock, frankly Chelsea - huge investment and the second best manager on the planet managed to buy them a few titles but look to be on the decline now
City will sparkle for a short while before the light fades like the rest and we will continue to dominate. FFP helps us enormously and is bad for virtually everyone else bar maybe Arsenal. Will City buy a title before the downturn sets in? I'm not convinced.
