I think he just said what everybody expects and knows as last year and this year united have won the league with probably their 2 worst teams to have won a championship which sums up how much the standard in the league has dropped this last coupla years. The champions league showing this year has shown how much the quality level of the top clubs has slipped

We dont want to hear about value or availability this summer, the clubs had since 2009 to identify top players to make us better and not just constantly pick kids wholl take years to develope ie no chance of champios league. Just spend the money and get the 2 top quality midfielders weve desperatly needed since 2009 and also a leftback that can defend
