Most football fanatics think the private capital corporations whose customer they are, are headed by foreign coaches who cannot even speak English (Mancini, Ferguson). The coach and his friends are the bottom of the hierachy. All they do is pick the team. If the team loses five times on the trot, they and their pals mun pack their bags: the millions of pounds golden-handshakes are peanuts to major companies like Man Utd or Man City. The business is run by Operating Executives, not the coaching team. Or do yous think major business corporations lke Rolls-Royce, BMW, Daimler-Benz, Manchester City Ltd, are run like chip shops?
