It's a myth that the players in class of 92 was teenagers when they made their debut. Only Giggs, at 17, had an early debut. Both Scholes, Beckham and Neville had turned 20.
This year SAF has played regularly: De Gea (21), Rafael (21), Welbeck (21), Jones (19) and Smalling (21).
Cleverly (21) and Anderson (23) both got injured, but would had a lot of games this season.
SAF is as brave now as ever if you ask me. He is clearly building a new team. And we should appreciate that we have a very good mix of young talent, players in their mid 20's, and the experienced players in their 30's.
The balance of this team is a sign of the genius of SAF.
And I'm pretty sure he will bring in 2-3 new players this summer, and hopefully Pogba stays.
As always the other young ones will go on loan first.
