@ AJ , Its not to stop aid to all, just a country that spends $Billions on weapons and leaves its own nation to be paid by our own tax's. I lost a child to cancer so I am full of anger a our own funds going away from research like this. @JN, yes it will take years to build, but we have a high unemployment rate of builders. let them at it .
