Nothing surprises me when it comes to planning decisions. 1500 signatures against this application ignored totally. Perhaps the planners need to say how many signatures in favour of this application were submitted? Accrington could well do without this sort of establishment. It will not enhance the town at all. Local views should be taken into account that is what is supposed to happen.
