Totally disagree. I don't think Mancini is responsible for some of the inept performances from the team. Just look how furious he is when we play poorly. Some players have been underperforming all season. Nasri, Johnson, Dzeko and Mario to name a few. More recently Aguero and Silva have also been quiet, and Yaya sometimes goes missing for large periods in games. Mancini hasn't really changed anything if you watch how we play. We were pretty much the same away to Swansea as we were away to Spurs, in terms of passing, shape, formation, approach and attitude. The key differences are the individual performances and the style that the opposition play against us.

Noel Gallagher made a point that I think was spot on when he said that we're a victim of our own brilliance after the 6-1. Before that teams would have a go and try to play against us, but since that game at Old Trafford teams decided to stop playing us at football because they know they'll get battered. I really do think that if we'd drawn that game at Old Trafford we'd have won more overall, especially when after that match we picked up 1 point from WBA and Sunderland away. We'd have probably got all 6 points if both those sides thought they could play against us. You also can't deny that we'd have won that game at Stamford Bridge but for some woeful finishing from Aguero and Balotelli. We could have been 4-0 up after 30 mins. There's an extra 3 points. Was that Mancini's fault? He structured the team to create those chances and they weren't put away by our strikers.

So if failing to sign a CB in Jan is a reason for our failure then I'm really lost mate!

I really wish people like you who follow the lead of the cretins in the newspapers and instantly blame the manager for every single fault would take a step back and just look at what Mancini has done - and is still doing - for City. He will make us into the best side in the country and PL champions, if not this season then in the very near future. Just have some patience and a bit of belief...

And if you think Gary Cahill is the answer then you need a serious sit down and a think!
